In order to solve the vigorous nutritional growth of figs in southern Xinjiang, The problem of reduced fruit quality, In this study, the biennial fig (Ficus carica L.) 'Boji hong' variety was used as the test material, Using clear water as a control (CK), Different concentrations of multiacting azole were applied to different parts of the plant during the shoot growth period, Y1 (15 mg·L-1), Y2 (45 mg·L-1), Y3 (75 mg·L-1), J1 (15 mg·L-1), J2 (45 mg·L-1), Y3 (75 mg·L-1), D1 (15 mg·L-1), D2 (45 mg·L-1), D3 (75 mg·L-1), respectively, Plant growth and fruit quality and sugar acid components were analyzed. The results showed that: (1) Compared with the control, pleotropic azole can significantly inhibit shoot growth, of which J3 was the most significant effect of 34.99% compared with the control. And the inhibitory effect was enhanced with the increasing concentration.(2) Apply 45 mg·L-1 multiacting azole to the stem can significantly increase the single fruit weight of figs and reduce the fruit shape index. Leaf application of 75 mg·L-1 multiacting azole significantly increased the content of soluble solids and soluble sugars in fig fruit, significantly reduced the titrated acid content, and significantly increased the sugar acid ratio.(3) Treatment with low concentration (15 mg·L-1) promotes the accumulation of the total sugar fraction of figs and inhibits the accumulation of quinic acid in the fig acid fraction, while treatment with high concentration (75 mg·L-1) instead promotes the accumulation of quinic acid.(4) Principal component analysis showed that the comprehensive score of each treatment was Y3> D3> J2> J3> CK> Y1> J1> D2> Y2> D1. In conclusion, high concentration (75 mg·L-1) significantly improved the fruit quality of boji hong " figs, and foliar application of 75 mg·L-1 was the best. |
