[Objective] In order to study the differences in the operational performance of different driven disc knives during no-tillage operation under the conditions of large straw cover and whole straw cover in Southwest China, [Methods] the force state of the disc knives when cutting straw was determined by taking the bionic disc knives, notched disc knives, and corrugated disc knives as the objects of the study; the type of positive-rotation disc knives, the type of forward-reverse-rotation disc knives, forward speed of implements, and the speed of disc knives were used as the experimental With forward and reverse disc knife type, forward speed, disc knife rotational speed as the test factors, (the number of bond breakage) straw cutting rate, soil disturbance, and machine passability as the evaluation indexes, a one-factor EDEM discrete element simulation and a three-factor, three-level orthogonal comparison test were carried out on the self-developed anti-blocking device. 【Results】Simulation test results show that under the same conditions, the operational effects of the number of bond bond breakage and machine passability of the disk cutter are positive rotation bionic disk cutter>positive rotation notched disk cutter>positive rotation corrugated disk cutter, positive and negative rotation bionic disk cutter>positive and negative notched disk cutter>positive and negative corrugated disk cutter, and the amount of soil disturbance is opposite to it. The results of the field test showed that when the amount of straw mulching was 1.432 kg/m2, the type of disc knife had the most significant effect on the straw cutting rate, and the operating effect coincided with the simulation test at different rotational speeds and forward speeds of the implement; [Conclusion] Under the conditions of large amount of straw mulching and whole pole mulching, except for the amount of soil disturbance, the operating performance of the bionic disc knife was superior to that of the traditional disc knife, and only the forward-reverse rotating bionic disc knife Only the forward and reverse bionic disc cutter meets the operational requirements and has better operational effect. This study can provide theoretical basis for the rational design and applicability analysis of stubble breaking and furrow opening parts of no-till planter under the conditions of large amount of straw mulching and whole pole mulching. |
