Effect of organic fertilizers and Trichoderma longibrachiatum on yield and quality of melons under different cultivation systems

Abstract:
      To clarify the effect of organic fertiliser and Trichoderma longibrachiatum?on the yield and quality of melons under different cultivation systems,selected‘Longtian No.1’melon as test material,the experiment was conducted using a three-factor cleavage zone design,two cultivation systems,crop rotation and succession,are used in the main area,Three doses of organic fertiliser were applied to the cleavage zone: 200kg?667m-2 (low fertiliser), 400kg?667m-2 (medium fertiliser) and 600kg?667m-2 (high fertiliser),the cleavage zone was (4.0×104cfu-g-1, 2.0×105cfu-g-1, 1.0×106cfu-g-1) for the three Trichoderma application doses.The results show:Cultivation system,organic fertiliser and Trichoderma had significant or highly significant regulatory effects on melon physiological and biochemical indexes, melon yield composition indexes, and fruit quality indexes.On physiological and biochemical indicators,significant effect of cultivation system and organic fertiliser on the presence of nitrate nitrogen, proline,significant effect of cultivation system and Trichoderma on the presence of chlorophyll,there were significant or highly significant effects of organic fertiliser and Trichoderma on chlorophyll and soluble sugars;on production and composition indicators,there was highly significant effect of cultivation system and Trichoderma on longitudinal diameter, single fruit weight and yield per acre,there was a highly significant effect of organic fertiliser and Trichoderma on both transverse and longitudinal diameter;in terms of quality indicators, there were significant or highly significant effects of organic fertiliser and Trichoderma on soluble sugar, reducing sugar and soluble solids.The regulation of physiological and biochemical indices (except nitrate nitrogen), yield components and quality indices of melon were significantly higher in the rotational than in the continuous mode of cultivation.chlorophyll, soluble sugars, soluble proteins, and proline,by 0.62%, 2.45 %, 3.61% and 17.95%, respectively,nitrate nitrogen was reduced by 9.94%.Transverse diameter, longitudinal diameter, weight per fruit and acre yield, increased by 3.19%, 4.02%, 2.00% and 2.00%, respectively.Soluble sugars, soluble proteins, sucrose, reducing sugars and soluble solids, increased by 3.09%, 3.36%, 2.27%, 4.09% and 2.99%, respectively.The physiological and biochemical indexes (except nitrate nitrogen), yield and composition indexes, and quality indexes of melon under the same cultivation system showed that B3 > B2 and B1,nitrate nitrogen was shown to be B3 < B2 and B1,in the same cultivation system and the same amount of organic fertiliser application, melon physiological and biochemical indexes (except nitrate nitrogen), yield and composition indexes, and quality indexes all showed that C2>C3 and C1, and nitrate nitrogen showed that C2
