| 为深入研究全膜双垄沟起垄覆膜播种联合作业机双垄耕作施肥作业过程中不同结构装置对作业性能和种床构建质量的影响,进一步提高全膜双垄沟覆膜种床机械化作业水平,研究结合施肥装置、起垄装置的结构组成、工作原理对影响施肥、起垄开沟作业性能的关键因素进行了分析与确定。采用离散元方法分别对全膜双垄沟机械化起垄开沟与施肥作业过程进行了单因素数值模拟,以两种类型起土铲、施肥铲的作业成型效果与挖掘阻力变化特性以及两种类型排肥器的排肥均匀度变异系数值与稳定性分别进行对比试验;并对优化获得的工作部件及其工作参数进行了种床构建作业过程仿真分析,以种床耕作合格率、施肥合格率为指标评价该装置对种床构建性能,仿真试验结果表明:联合机前进速度0.50 m/s,旋耕刀组转速200 r/min,排肥器转速40 r/min的参数条件下,其种床耕作合格率为95.40%,施肥合格率为93.40%。田间验证试验表明:施肥合格率均值为90.3%,比仿真结果相差3.10%,种床耕作合格率均值为93.60%,比仿真结果相差1.80%。对比仿真模拟与实际作业工况发现结果相差不大,验证了仿真模拟研究模型的准确性。 |

| In order to further study the effects of different structural devices on performance and quality of seed bed construction in the process of double ridge tillage and fertilization, and to improve the level of mechanized operation of double-ridge mulching and seeding bed, The key factors affecting the performance of fertilization, ridging and ditching operation were analyzed and determined in combination with the structure and working principle of fertilization and ridging device. The single factor numerical simulation of mechanized ridging and fertilizing on whole plastic-film double ridges was carried out by using discrete element method. The forming effect and the variation characteristics of digging resistance of two kinds of scraper and fertilizing scraper as well as the variation coefficient and stability of fertilizer discharge uniformity of two kinds of fertilizer remover were compared respectively. And the optimized working parts and their working parameters were simulated and analyzed in the process of seed bed construction, and the qualified rate of cultivation and fertilization of seed bed was used as the index to evaluate the performance of the device for seed bed construction. The simulation test results showed that: Under the parameters of 0.5 m/s, 200 r.min-1 rotation speed of rotary tillage cutter and 40 r.min-1 rotation speed, the qualified rate of seed bed tillage and fertilization was 95.40% and 93.40% respectively. Field verification experiments showed that the average qualified rate of fertilization was 90.3%, which was 3.10% lower than the simulation result, and the average qualified rate of seed bed tillage was 93.60%, which was 1.80% lower than the simulation result. Comparing the simulation results with the actual working conditions, the results showed little difference, which verified the accuracy of the simulation research model. |
