| 提出了当前我国节水农业发展中需要解决的若干科技问题。主要就农业水资源的范畴与合理配置,非充分灌溉制度的建立,不同区域节水农业发展趋向,水稻节水潜力以及高水分利用效率品种培育等方面的现状和发展前景进行了讨论。 |

| In this paper some sci-tech issues of developing water s av ing agriculture, which need to be solved, were pointed out. The existing situati on and development prospect in relation to category and rational distribution of agricultural water resources, establishment of unsufficient irrigation system, developmental tendency of water saving agriculture in different regions, water s aving potential for rice as well as breeding new varieties with high water use e fficiency were discussed. |
