| 介绍并分析了大豆抗旱育种从形态学、生理学到分子生物学发展过程中的各种选择指标和标记应用状况。表明随着研究的不断深入,在形态学标记的基础上,产生了一批有效的生理生化标记,并且随着分子生物学的发展,探索与大豆抗旱紧密相关的分子标记工作正在进行中,已在实际育种工作中得到一定的应用。 |

| This paper analyzes the practical situation of selecting targets and markers in drought-resistant breeding of soybean. It shows that, with the advance of research, various physiological and biochemical targets and markers have emerged on the basis of morphological ones. In addition, with the development of molecular biology, the molecular markers related to drought-resistance of soybean are under investigation and some have been applied in breeding activities. |
