      抗旱机理的研究不断深入,ABA生理功能的认识不断深入,工厂规模化生产ABA的技术取得突破。在以上几重背景下对植物干旱胁迫中ABA的相关研究作了较详细和全面的综述,主要包括ABA在植物体内的分布与积累,干旱胁迫下植物根、茎、叶中ABA的反应,ABA对干旱胁迫下植物的作用,ABA与基因的干旱胁迫诱导,ABA与干旱胁迫的信号转导等。
英文摘要:
      Drought is increasingly becoming the limiting factor to the deveploment of agriculture in our country. Drought resistance mechanism is being lucubrated constantly. The physiological funtion of ABA is being comprehended constantly. The production technique of ABA in fectory scale is broken through. In those background, the article comprehensively detailedly summarizes the research progress on ABA in plants under drought stress, it mostly includes the distributing and accumulation of ABA in plants, the response of ABA in root, stem and leaf of plant under drought stress, the effect of ABA on plants under drought stress, the relationship between ABA and the inducement of gene by drought stress, the relationship between ABA and the signal transduction of drought stress ect.
