| 将中国居民消费性支出看成是一种系统,并运用SPA分析理论,对我国不同省区农村居民消费结构的8项消费性支出及消费水平进行同异反分析。通过综合分析,得出我国居民要全面达到小康水平,关键在农村、重点在西部地区,这是我们今后工作的重心。 |

| It is diffterent with determined method, this paper regarding the resident consumption payment as a system, and applied Set Pair Analysis (SPA) to analyze eight consumption expense and levels of our country resident consumption structure. The results showed the key that all residents reach rich living level depend on countryside, the focal point lie in western region, and this is our core work in future. |
