      分析了黑河流域中上游农业的现状和问题,认为积极调整农业产业结构、优化农牧结构是今后发展的必然趋势,它不仅可以促进农区和牧区两大经济生产系统全面健康发展,繁荣区域经济,而且在资源合理配置、改善生态环境方面都有很大作用。结合现有基础提出了农牧耦合的发展模式:一是绿洲子系统内部的耦合,即中游绿洲农区舍饲畜牧业与种植业的耦合;二是山地系统与绿洲系统的耦合,即山上繁殖,山下育肥模式与向山区放牧基地提供精细饲料,在牧区直接育肥模式。
英文摘要:
      Heihe River valley is a typical arid valley in northwest China. By analyzing the agricultural status and issues of the middle and upper reaches, the article points out that it is a bound tendency to actively adjust the agricultural structure, couple farming with stockbreeding and improve the structure of farming- stockbreeding. Thus can not only improve and foster the healthy development of the two productive systems of farming and stockbreeding to boost local economy, but also be necessary to achieve reasonable configuration of recourses and better eco-environment. Based on current situations, the article puts forward the developing pattern of coupling of farming and stockbreeding: one is the coupling of internal factors within an oasis, that is the coupling of stockbreeding and farming on the middle valley oasis; the other is the coupling of systems of mountain and oasis. In the later one, multiplication is on the hill and cultivation is out of the hill, or the refined forage is supplied for the mountain area to do cultivation directly there.
