首先对用茎热平衡技术测定植株茎流的基本原理进行了介绍。在此基础上,探讨了实际测定的番茄植株茎流在不同天气下的日变化规律。同时结合日光温室内自动数据采集系统采集的气象数据,对影响植株茎流的气象因子进行了统计分析,并以太阳辐射、气温和大气湿度为主要因子,建立了预测植株蒸腾的方程。鉴于气孔对植株蒸腾的调控作用,结合实测资料,对其进行了定性分析。 |

With the stem heat balance method to measure the plant transpiration, the sap flow of tomato was analyzed, and the daily variation of sap flow was discussed. On the base of the data from an automatic collection system to monitor environmental and meteorological factors, the relationships between the sap flow and environmental factors were analyzed comprehensively. Meanwhile, the quantitative relationship between transpiration and environmental factors was established, and the relationship between stomatal conductance and transpiration rate was studied. |
