几种不同方法对狼毒种子进行处理结果表明:浓度为1.25g/L的甲基托布津溶液浸种0.5h,置于浓度为2.5mg/L的赤霉素(GA3)溶液润湿的培养皿中,发芽率最高(61.7%),其次是98%浓度H2SO4稀释50倍液浸种0.5h,置于浓度为2.5mg/L的赤霉素(GA3)溶液润湿的培养皿中发芽效果较好(48.3%)。变温和紫外线照射对狼毒种子的发芽都有一定的效果。超声波处理和NaOH浸种有抑制作用。 |

This paper reports the influence of different treatments on the germination rate of Stellera. chamaejasme L. seeds. The results showed that the germination rate was the highest (61.7%) when the S.chamaejasme seeds were soaked for 0.5 h with 1.25 g/L methiophanate-methyl sulfur and cultured in Petri dishes with 2.5 mg/L GA3, and the germination rate was 48.3% when the seeds were soaked for 0.5 h with 50-fold dilution of 98% (v/v) sulphuric acid and cultured in Petri dishes with 2.5 mg/L GH3 The germination rate of S. chamaejasme seeds could be improved when treated with varied temperature or ultraviolet radiation, but be inhibited when treated with ultrasonic wave or NaOH solution. |
