对厚穗宾草叶片的生理生态特性进行了初步分析,结果表明:(1)厚穗宾草叶片生理生态特性受环境影响呈现规律性变化,光合速率日进程曲线为双峰型,在早8∶30左右和下午16∶30达到峰值,正午光合速率急剧下降;蒸腾速率日变化呈单峰型,在早8∶30左右即达到高峰值。(2)回归分析和相关分析表明,对厚穗宾草叶片光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度起决定性作用的环境因子是大气湿度,而它们之间存在着显著相关性。光合速率午间下降主要是由非气孔因素引起的。 |

The eco-physiological characteristics of the leaves of Aneurolepidium dasystachys were studied. The results showed that due to environmental influence, eco-physiological characteristics of Aneurolepidium dasystachys leaves changed regularly. The daily variation of photosynthesis rate was expressed as a two-humped curve and reached the top point at around 8∶30 and 16∶30, while the daily change of transpiration rate was a single-humped curve and reached the top point at around 8:30. Correlation and regression analysis showed that air humidity remarkably influenced photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance, and there was significant correlativity among them. The "midday reductio" of photosynthesis rate was mainly induced by non-stomatal factors. |
