      采用管栽试验研究了返青后小麦返白系根系生长及养分吸收利用规律。结果表明,返白系返白期间光合速率低于正常小麦,完全复绿后光合速率表现出补偿效应,这种补偿效应可持续到灌浆初期。返青后地上部和根系生长、养分摄取量明显低于正常小麦,但产量与正常小麦无差异(P>0.05)。返白系的同化效率高,养分利用效率高于正常小麦。磷和钾的代谢可能与返白系的返白有关。
英文摘要:
      The characteristics of root growth, nutrient uptake and utilization of a wheat albinism after reviving were studied with an in vitro experiment. The results indicated that photosynthetic rate of the albinism was lower than that of normal wheat during the period of degreening, and overshooted after totally green-recovering. This effect could last to the initial stage of grain-filling. Its shoot biomass and root growth, nutrient uptake of albinism were also lower but its yield showed no difference compared to that of normal wheat. The higher nutrient use efficiency of albinism was closely related with its higher nutrient assimilation rate (the biomass per unit plant nutrient produced). Phosphorus and potassium might possibly involve the mechanism of degreening and green-recovering.
