| 概述了新疆大型真菌、新疆豆科植物根瘤菌、新疆陆生固氮蓝藻、新疆地衣、新疆极端环境微生物等5类微生物资源的研究进展和研究意义,同时指出了新疆微生物资源研究目前存在的两个重要盲区,即新疆非豆科植物共生固氮菌和新疆菌根真菌资源的研究,提出了这两个盲区研究的价值、意义、必要性和紧迫性。 |

| The progress and significance in the research on 5 kinds of microbial resources in Xinjiang —— gigantic fungi, nodule bacteria of leguminous plants, terrestrial nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria, lichen and microorganisms at extreme environments et.al are summarized in this paper. At the same time, it is put forward that there exist two important blind areas in the research on the microorganism resources of Xinjiang, i.e., symbiotic nitrogen-fixing bacteria of non-leguminous plants and mycorrhiza fungi resource. The value, significance, necessity and urgency in the study on the two blind areas are discussed. |
