龟纹瓢虫Propylaea japonica (Thunberg)是我国干旱、半干旱地区农林果蔬生产中重要的捕食性天敌之一,尤其在夏季高温、干旱的情况下,对果园、棉田的幼龄(小)害虫和卵的捕食作用非常明显。本文从龟纹瓢虫的生物学和生态学特性,包括色斑变型、生活史、繁殖、食性、越冬、人工饲养、田间动态以及在生物防治上的应用等方面概述了龟纹瓢虫的研究进展,提出进一步深入开展龟纹瓢虫的人工饲养技术、贮藏技术和色斑变型遗传机制等的研究,不仅可以更好地为农业生产服务,而且可以充实昆虫生态位理论的研究内容。 |

Propylaea japonica (Thunberg) is one of important predatory natural enemies in arid and semi-arid area China, especially those preying on younger larvae and eggs of insect pest in orchards and cotton fields. Research advances on the biological and ecological characteristics of P.japonica are summarized in this paper, which includes the variation in elytra color polymorphism, life history, fecundity, appetite, predation, over-wintering habits, artificial rearing technique, and population dynamics under natural conditions. It is suggested on the basis of above that artificial mass-rearing, cold storage and elytra color polymorphism of the beetle should be further researched. |
