| 水资源短缺和水环境恶化是我国面临的两大问题。为真正实现污水的资源化与无害化,在介绍污水灌溉的基本概念和机理的基础上,指出了我国农业污水灌溉实践中存在的水质超标、管理混乱、研究工作滞后等诸多问题,并针对这些问题,提出污水灌溉要因地制宜,合理规划;灌溉前要对污水进行处理,并加强对污水灌溉的规范化管理,深入、系统地开展污水灌溉的科学研究工作等可行的对策和建议。 |

| The shortage of water resources and the deterioration are the two severe probloms that China is facing. In order to really realize sewage reutilization and detoxication, the paper points out such problems of sewage irrigation in China as water quality bellow the national standards, mismanagements and lagged researches on the basis of the basic concepts and mechanisms of sewage irrigation and suggests that sewage irrigation need be practiced in accordance with actual conditions, rational planning, sewage pre-treatment, standardized management, in-depth and systematic researches. |
