| 以流域雨水资源为研究对象,阐述了雨水资源的概念与内涵,给出了雨水资源化中理论潜力、现实潜力与目标潜力的定义及其算法。依据流域雨水资源化目标潜力计算原则,在分析流域需水类型的基础上,列出了模型中的10类目标函数,利用目标规划法建立模型即可对目标潜力进行求解。 |

| Using rainwater in catchments as the research target, the paper expatiate the concept and connotations of rainwater resources, presents the definitions and computations of theoretical potential, realistic potential and target potential in rainwater conversion into water resources; meanwhile, it lists ten types of target functions in accordance with the computation principles of the target potentials in rainwater conversion into water resources and on the basis of the analysis of the catchment types, and makes use of the goal programming to establish the models to compute the target potentials. |
