| 针对围场县的自然及社会经济条件,评价了该县资源优势,即丰富的土地资源、洁净的生产环境、冷凉资源、生态旅游资源等;分析了制约围场地域资源优势产业开发的障碍因素:水资源短缺、生态环境脆弱、基础设施建设落后、科技创新能力弱、产业结构层次较低;进而提出其地域资源优势产业化发展的基本对策,认为结合生态环境治理工程加强基础设施建设、调整产业结构、发展畜牧业、错季蔬菜产业、马铃薯产业、林果业和生态旅游业等区域特色产业是实现围场县地域资源优势向经济优势转变的有效途径。 |

| In terms of is natural and economic conditions, the paper evaluates the resource advantages of Weichang county, which are rich in land resources, clean ecological environment, cold climate, and ecological tourism resources and so on. It analyzes the limiting factors that retard the industrial development with full use of the regional advantages, and finds out that they are water shortage, fragile ecological environment, backward infrastructure, weak innovative capacity and low-end industry structure. Accordingly, it puts forward the basic measures for the industrialization of the regional advantages in the county, and holds it the effective way for the transformation of regional advantages into economic advantages in Weichang county to enhance industrial structure adjustment, animal husbandry, off-season vegetable production, potato industry, forestry industry and fruit industry and ecological tourism that have regional features. |
