      通过盆栽土培试验研究了干旱胁迫下多裂骆驼蓬叶片抗氧化酶活性与渗透调节物质的变化,旨在探讨这些生理指标与其抗旱性的关系。结果表明,干旱胁迫下多裂骆驼蓬植株生长量下降。随土壤干旱强度增加和胁迫时间延长,多裂骆驼蓬叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量和细胞膜透性呈递增的变化趋势;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随干旱强度增大,开始增加,然后下降;过氧化物酶(POD)活性在轻度和中度胁迫下随胁迫时间延长先升后降,重度胁迫下持续下降;渗透调节物质可溶性糖、游离氨基酸、脯氨酸(Pro)随胁迫强度增大积累增加。表明多裂骆驼蓬耐旱性与其抗氧化酶活性相关,渗透调节物质是构成其耐旱性的重要物质基础。
英文摘要:
      ectum Bobr leaves were studied with pot culture experiment. The relation between the plant physiological indexes and drought tolerance were determined. The results showed that the biomass of peganum multisectum Bobr dropped under soil drought stress. With the aggravation of water stress and the prolong of stress period, the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and permeability of plasma membrane in peganum multisectum Bobr leaves tended to be increased. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) with the aggravation of water stress were increased at begining and then dropped. The actvity of peroxidase(POD) under light and middle drought stress was increased first and then decreased, and it was decreased continuously under serious drought stress. The accumulation of osmotic adjustment soluted (soluble sugars, free amino acids and proline) was increased with the aggravation of water stress. The results indicated that antioxidant enzymes were related to drought tolerance and the osmotic adjustment materials were the inherent basis of superior drought tolerance of peganum multisectum Bobr.
