      应用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)方法,分析了360份甘肃省冬小麦资源的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-G S)组成。结果表明,甘肃省冬小麦资源的亚基组成较丰富,共检测到17种亚基变异类型和35种亚基组合类型。亚基变异类型以N u ll、7+8、2+12三种占绝对优势,育成品种(系)和引进品种的亚基变异类型不但比地方品种丰富,而且1、7+9、5+10三种变异类型的出现频率有明显提高。地方品种的亚基组合类型较少而且以N u ll、7+8、2+12为主,在育成品种(系)和引进品种中,亚基组合类型较为丰富,并且各种组合类型相对分布均匀。所筛选出的一批含优质亚基组合的材料可供育种工作者利用。

      The composition of high-molecular-weight glutenin subunits(HMW-GS) in 360 varieties were analyzed by using SDS-PAGE method in this experiment.The result showed that these winter wheat varieties had plentiful HMW-GS types.Seventeen subunits and thirty-five subunits combinations were found.The subunits of N,7+8,2+12 are major type.The frequencies of 1,7+9,5+10 in bred varieties increase obviously than that in local varieries.and the bred numbers in varieties subunit is more than that in local varieries.The combined types have plentiful numbers and proportioned distributions in bred and introduced varieties.Some genotypes with the high quality subunits combinations will be screened for the breeding program.
