| 传统的土地评价忽视了土地的经济社会属性,而这一差异却是造成同类土地相同利用方式产出差异的根本原因。从土地的经济社会属性出发,对延安市宝塔区柳林镇赵庄村农户进行实地调查,使用毛利分析方法,对由于土地的经济社会属性差异造成同类土地相同利用方式产出差异问题进行初步研究,以此来完善土地评价方法。研究结果表明:土地经济社会属性明显限制了经济状况较差农户的土地产出效益;土地经济社会属性好的农户较差等农户更重视粮食生产,土地产出效益的高低与土地利用类型和土地经济社会属性高低有密切关系。 |

| Traditional land assessment ignored the economic and social attributes of lands,however the difference of these attributes is the basic reason why the similar lands in the same utilization way achieve different output.Taking Zhaozhuang Village,Liulin Town,Baota District,Yan'an City as a case,this paper conducts a preliminary research on the difference of land output that is caused by the economic and social attributes,by using the analytical method of gross profit,so as to perfect the methods of land assessment.The results show that the output benefit of households with poor economic condition is obviously limited by the economic and social attributes of lands;the households with fine economic and social attributes pay more attentions to grain-production than the households with poor ones;there is a close relationship between the land output and the land use patterns as well as the level of economic and social attributes of lands. |
