| 从植物学性状、物候期、果实特征特性、抗病性以及酿酒特性等方面,对法引酿酒葡萄霞多丽的6个营养品种(系)进行了系统的观察与研究,并进行了单品种酿酒试验。结果表明,霞多丽各品种(系)植物学性状差异不大,但抗病性、果实性状及酿酒品质有一定差异。 |

| The paper describes the characters of botany,phenology,fruits,disease resistance and the qualities of clones of Chardonnay introduced from France.Furthermore,the qualities of different clones are evaluated through wine-making experiment.The results showed that the clones of Chardonnay introduced from France have no difference in the characters of botany.They have some difference in characters of disease resistance,fruit and the qualities of wine. |
