:以“永安二号”为材料,采用盆栽和51Cr叶片标记的方法,测试南瓜叶施铬的吸收、转运和分配过程。结果表明,南瓜叶片可以吸收51Cr并转运到其它器官,幼果期叶片的吸收和转移量要大于苗期叶片;叶片标记10 d后,除标记叶外,地上部分其它器官中51Cr量的分布顺序为:苗期—叶片>茎>花,幼果期—茎>叶片>果肉>花;此外,苗期植株和幼果期植株主根中51Cr的放射性活度都很高。各叶位叶片和不同茎段51Cr放射性活度高低与其与标记叶的距离有关;幼果期果实中51Cr的分配率为9%,表明叶施可以提高果肉中的铬含量。 |

In order to discuss whether Cr would be absorbed by Pumpkin leaf and be transported to other parts of the plant,the isotope (51Cr) feeding and pot-cultivation experiment was performed.The result showed that 51Cr could be absorbed and transported through leaves.Pumpkin absorbed and transported more 51Cr during the fruit stage than the seedling stage.10 days after the application of 51Cr,the activity of 51Cr were counted.It is found that during the seedling stage the activities in the unlabelled leaves were the highest,while during fruit stage those in stems were the highest.In addition,the specific activities in the roots were higher than that in other parts of pumpkin during flowering and seedling stage.The specific activities of different parts of leaves and stems were relevant with the distance of tagged leaves.The distribution ratio of 51Cr in pumpkin fruits reached 9%,which indicated that Cr could be absorbed through leaves and transported to pumpkin fruit. |
