| 从荒漠化这一概念背景入题,全面分析介绍了荒漠化动态监测及评价体系的构成,并通过对比,阐述了国内外荒漠化研究的背景、指征、动态监测、评价及其评价信息系统等方面的研究成果,指出了目前国内外荒漠化监测与评价存在的问题,进而提出了建立新的监测与评价体系的基本思路和目标。 |

| Based on desertification conception,the constitution of dynamic monitoring and evaluation system of desertification were comprehensively analyzed and introduced.Through comparison,the background,indicators, dynamic monitoring,evaluation,achievement of evaluation information system in domestic and foreign desertification research were elaborated.The current problems in desertification monitoring and evaluation at home and abroad were pointed out.Then the basic thinking way and target for establishing new monitoring and evaluation system were proposed. |
