| 利用广义混合线性模型和传统方差分析模型对一玉米田间灌溉试验资料进行了对比分析,展示了两种分析法在模型定义、程序应用和分析效果等方面的差异状况。结果表明,采用广义混合模型分析误差相关的灌溉试验资料,模型拟合效果好,可以更客观地进行试验处理效应的测验。 |

| Experiments with dependent errors frequently occur in agricultural field research.The traditional analysis of variance can not account for the correlation of the dada.Recent years,much progress has been made in theory and application of mixed linear model.The general mixed linear model can account for the correlated errors in data analysis.This study analyzed the data from a irrigation experiment using both general mixed linear model and variance analysis model,compared the differences between the two methods in model definition,program application and analysis results.The results showed that the general mixed linear model fitted the irrigation experiment data with correlated errors better than the model of analysis of variance,and hence could get more objective evaluation in testing the treatment effects. |
