在水分胁迫条件下,对马铃薯可溶性糖含量、离体叶片失水速率及叶片含水量与品种抗旱性关系的研究结果表明:马铃薯叶片可溶性糖含量的相对值与品种抗旱性呈极显著的正相关(r为0.9768,P<0.01),离体叶片失水速率的相对值与品种抗旱性呈显著的负相关(r=-0.925,P<0.05),叶片含水量的相对值与品种抗旱性呈显著的负相关(r=-0.8844,P<0.05),上述三项指标均可用于马铃薯不同品种抗旱性评价。 |

The relationship between soluble sugar, water loss rate of cutting leaves, water content in potato leaves and variety drought resistance under water stress was studied. The results showed that there is significant positive correlation between the relative values of soluble sugar in potato leaves and variety drought resistance (r=0.9768, P<0.01), but it showed significant negative correlation between the relative values of water loss rate in cutting leaves and variety drought resistance (r=-0.925, P<0.05), it also showed significant negative correlation between relative water contents in leaves and variety drought resistance (r=-0.8844, P<0.05). Therefore, these 3 in dications can be used to evaluate the drought resistance of different potato species. |
