应用温室盆栽试验方法,研究了两年生酿酒葡萄赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon)受不同梯度干旱胁迫后,其形态指标、光合生理、光合色素含量等的变化。研究结果表明:① 干旱胁迫可以显著降低赤霞珠葡萄的植株生物量,且胁迫程度越深,对植株生长影响越大;② 随着干旱胁迫程度的加深,净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)均有显著降低,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)呈现先降低、但最终上升而累积的现象,葡萄光合作用能力随胁迫程度的加重而下降;③ 叶绿素含量随胁迫程度加深而降低,叶绿素a/b的值则较稳定。 |

Two-year old European cultivar grapevine (Cabernet Sauvignon) was planted in the plastic pots under the glasshouse environment, to study its morphological and physiological photosynthesis and photosynthetic pigment content in different gradient drought stress. The The results show as the following: ① The drought stress can reduce significantly the plant biomass of Cabernet Sauvignon grape, and the impact on plant increases with the degree of stress; ② Along with the deepening of drought stress level, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), conductance to H2O (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) were getting significantly lower, the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) decreased first but increased and acumulated eventually, and the grape photosynthesis capacity increased with the degree of stress and decline; ③ The content of photosynthetic pigments was also reduced with the prolonging of drought stress, while the ratio of Chl a/Chl b was comparatively stable. |
