依据渭河流域用水特点和系统工程的思想,建立了渭河流域用水水平评价指标体系,研究基于AHP方法的指标权值确定的步骤和方法,探讨分析多层次灰关联综合评价中最优指标集、指标集规范化、灰色关联系数、评判结果矩阵等关键问题;采用VC++和数据库技术开发了C/S模式的渭河流域用水水平评价系统。选择渭河流域典型区域2003~2005年的用水数据进行验证。结果表明:评价结果与实际情况相符,研究方法和手段有一定的推广价值。 |

According to water consumption characteristics of Weihe River basin and the idea of system engineering,an index system of water utilization level assessment was established for the basin,and the steps and methods to determine the index weights based on AHP was studied.Meanwhile,discussion and analysis were also made on key problems of optimal index set,index set standardization,grey relation coefficient and judgment result matrix in multilayer grey relation comprehensive evaluation.Then a water utilization level evaluation system of C/S mode was developed by using VC++ program language and database technology,which was validated with water utilization data of the typical area in the basin from 2003 to 2005.The results showed that the evaluation results are consistent with actual situation,and this research method has a certain value for generalization. |
