| 为对四川省的水资源可持续利用程度做出科学判断，以可持续发展理论为基础，结合研究区域的基本特点，选取了社会经济状况、生态环境状况、水资源状况和水资源利用程度4个方面对其水资源可持续利用程度进行综合评价。利用层次分析法，确定评价指标体系中各指
标相对重要权值，根据研究区2000～2006年的相关数据计算出各指标的定量化取值。最后定义一个综合评价指数，对研究区水资源可持续利用程度进行定量地综合评价。结果表明：所选的4个考查准则分别处于较差和一般可持续利用水平，加权叠加的水资源可持续利用也长期处于一般可持续利用水平，因此需采取一系列措施提高水资源可持续利用程度。 |

| Sustainable utilization of water resources can be considered as a decisive issue of multi-hierarchy and multi-index. In order to scientifically judge the sustainable degree of the utilization of water resources in Sichuan Province, based on the theory of sustainable development, and integrated with the primary characteristics of the region investigated, this essay chooses the socio-economic, ecological, and water resources status, as well as the degree of the water resources utilization to evaluate the level of sustainable water resources utilization. The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is applied to determine the relative weight of each indicator, and the investigated region's relevant data is adopted to calculate the quantitative values of them. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation index is defined to quantitatively evaluate the sustainable degree of water resources utilization of the investigated region. According to the data from 2000～2006, the four aspects we chose is calculated, which remain in a relatively and commonly level of sustainable utilization. The comprehensive evaluation of sustainable water resources utilization of Sichuan province is remains in a commonly level. So series of measures should be taken to raise the degree of sustainable water resources utilization. |
