      本实验旨在研究蒺藜状苜蓿种子发芽对外源激素的响应。使用6-BA、GA3、ABA、NAA、乙烯利、IAA和IBA共7种激素,每一激素各设0.1、1.0、1.5、2.0、5、10、20、1 000 μmol/L共8种浓度梯度,浸湿滤纸发芽床,置50粒蒺藜状苜蓿种子进行发芽试验,以蒸馏水处理为对照,设3个重复,统计发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和发芽天数。结果显示:外源激素20 μmol/L 6-BA、GA3、乙烯利和5 μmol/L IAA、IBA促进蒺藜状苜蓿种子发芽,NAA和ABA抑制蒺藜状苜蓿种子发芽,ABA抑制能力较强。
英文摘要:
      The study waw made to discuss the effects of plant growth regulators on seed germination of Medicago truncatula. Taking water as CK, germination exper iments were conducted with 50 Medicago truncatula seeds on filter papers soaked with different concentrations like 0.1, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 5, 10, 20 and 1000 μmol/L of 6-BA, GA3, ABA, NAA, Ethephon, IAA and IBA. The germination rate, germination potential, germination index and germination days were investigated. The resu lts showed that 20 μmol/L 6-BA, GA3 and Ethephon, 5 μmol/L IAA and IBA could promote germination significantly. NAA and ABA showed inhibitory effect on the ge rmination of Medicago truncatula, and ABA inhibited more than NAA. So it is concluded that 7 plant growth regulators could affect the seed germination of Medicago truncatula.
