      采用稀释平板法研究了高氏1号培养基中加入CaCl2对钙质土壤放线菌分离效果的影响。结果表明:(1) 加入CaCl2对干旱区钙质土壤放线菌的出菌量有一定影响,大部分土壤的放线菌总数较对照增长23.9%~47.0%,加钙处理与对照的差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);加钙后链霉菌数量有增有减,增、减幅度分别为17.5%~123.3%、18.0%~ 42.5%,减少幅度未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。(2) 向高氏1号培养基中加钙有利于广谱高效拮抗 性放线菌的分离。

      Dilution plate method was employed to study the effects of adding CaCl2 into Gause's No.1 medium on the isolation of actinomycetes from calcareous soil. The result showed that: (1) The total quantity of the actinomycetes isolated from calcareous soil in arid areas could be affected by CaCl2. The total quantity of the actinomycetes was increased from 23.9% to 47.0% mostly. The difference between treatments and the control was significant at 5% level. The effect on the total quantity of the streptomycete was different from that of actinomycetes. The increase range was from 17.5% to 123.3%, while the decrease range was from 18.0% to 42.5% compared with the control. But the decrease wasn't significant at 5% level (P>0.05). (2) Adding CaCl2 into Gause's No.1 medium increased the quantity of broad-spectrum with strong antimicrobial antinomycetes.
