      分别用赤霉酸GA3(25~300 μg/ml),α-奈乙酸NAA (25~200 μg/ml)和6-苄基腺嘌呤6-BA(25~200 μg/ml)对宁夏枸杞种子进行24 h浸泡处理,测定其萌发率和幼苗生长。结果表明:不同浓度的GA3和NAA对种子萌发均有促进作用,但6-BA仅在25 μg/ml浓度下有促进作用。总体效果为GA3>NAA>6-BA,其中300 μg/ml GA3处理的萌发率最高,达92.8%。萌发的幼苗在原培养基上生长46 d后,用300 μg/ml GA3处理的宁夏枸杞幼苗在株高,叶片数目,叶片长度,可溶性蛋白含量等方面均高于对照;大于100 μg/ml NAA处理的幼苗在叶片生长情况,可溶性蛋白含量方面高于对照;6-BA处理的幼苗各指标均低于对照,不能正常生长。

      Wolfberry seeds were soaked for 24 hours respectively in Gibberellic Acid(GA3) with the concentrations of 25~300 μg/ml, in naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) and i n 6-Benzyl Aminopurine (6-BA) with the concentrations of 25~200 μg/ml. The germination and seedling growth of wolfberry were investigated. The results showed that different concentrations of GA3 and NAA promoted germination, but 6-BA promoted germination only in the concentration of 25 μg/ml. The total effects were in the order of GA3>NAA>6-BA. In particular, the seed germination treated with 300 μg/ml GA3 was the highest, and the germination rate was 92.8%. After the seedlings had grown in the original culture medium for 46 days, they were treated with 300 μg/ml GA3, then all the length of shoot, number of leaves, len gth of leaves and content of soluble protein were higher than CK. Compared with CK, the data of seedlings treated with NAA of more than 100 μg/ml were higher on the growth of leaves and the content of soluble portion. The data of seedling treated with 6-BA were lower than CK on all aspects and the seedlings can not grow normally.
