| 从甘肃省不同蚕豆种植区采集蚕豆根瘤,采用选择性培养基,分离获得到11株蚕豆根瘤菌,经过蛭石粉和土壤栽培筛选试验,筛选出7株(G1、G2、G6、G7、G8、G10、G11)根瘤菌,它们与临蚕2号蚕豆有效共生匹配效果好,共生固氮力强,具有一定的生产应用价值。 |

| With horsebean’s nodule collected from Gansu, 11 strains of horsebean rhizobium were obtained by plate
cultivation method with selective culture medium, and 7 strains (G1, G2, G6, G7, G8, G10 and G11) were selected
by experimentation of cultivation with vermiculite and soil. The results showed that they could enhance the symbiotic ni-trogen fixation and have high value in production. |
