      以山西省临汾市尧都区机械化保护性耕作试验示范区的褐土为研究对象,对连续17年免耕、12年免耕和传统耕作条件下土壤进行对比分析,研究了长期免耕对褐土理化性质和酶活性的影响。结果表明:①17年免耕和12年免耕土壤(0~20 cm)有机质分别比传统耕作处理土壤提高35.7%、26.7%,达极显著差异水平;②17年免耕处理土壤(0~20 cm)全氮、全磷、全钾分别比传统耕作处理提高20.1%、22.8%、12.6%,均有极显著差异,12年免耕处理土壤(0~20 cm)全氮、全钾分别比传统耕作处理提高11.8%、21.5%,达极显著差异水平,但全磷未达显著差异水平;③17年免耕和12年免耕土壤的速效养分含量均显著高于传统耕作;④免耕可以使0~20 cm及20~40cm土层土壤的脲酶、过氧化氢酶及转化酶的活性显著提高。长期免耕不仅能提高土壤酶的活性,而且能使土壤的综合肥力得到显著提高,有利于农业生产的可持续发展。

      Effects of long-term zero-tillage on soil physiochemical properties, enzyme activities and their correlativity were studied by using traditional tillage and long-temm zero tllage cinnamon soil in Chenghuang experimental wheat field, which is located in Yaodu District of Linfen City in Shanxi Province. The result indicated that:compared with tra-ditional tllage soil, ①the content of organic matter of zerotillage soil (0~20 cm) of 17 and 12 years increased by 35.7% and 26.7% respectively; ②in the layer of 0~20 cm,the content of total N, total P and total K of zero tllale soil of 17 years increased by 20.1%,22. 8% and 12.6% respectively, while the content of total N and total K of zero-tillage soil of 12 years increased by 11.8% and 21.5% respectively; ③the content of available K, available P and available N of zerotillage soil of 17 and 12 years increased significantly; ④activities of catalase, urease and invertase of the zero tillage soil were significantly above the traditional tillage soil in 0~20 cm and 20~40 cm layers. So long temm zero-tillage would not only improve soil enzymatic activity, but also improve soil fertility significantly.
