      以垦农4号大豆为试验材料,在大田条件下,研究了密度对大豆群体碳氮代谢相关指标及产量品质的影响。结果表明,群体单株叶片氮素、可溶性蛋白、淀粉及蔗糖积累量均随着密度的增加而下降,低密度与高密度群体间差距显著;随着种植密度的增加,大豆子粒中蛋白质的含量有所上升,脂肪的含量有所下降;各生育时期氮素、可溶性蛋白、淀粉和蔗糖积累量与子粒蛋白质含量呈负相关,与脂肪含量呈正相关;随着种植密度的增加,群体内单株的荚数、粒数、粒重逐渐减少。在密度36万株/hm2时,群体产量最高。
英文摘要:
      Effects of plant density on carbon and nitrogen metabolism, yield and quality of soybean cultivar Kennong 4 were investigated in field. The results showed that nitrogen, soluble protein,starch and cane sugar accumulation in-creased gradually with the increase of plant density,and there was significant difference among different density of soy-bean populations; With the increase of density,the proten content in soybean seed increased but fat content decreased; Through analyzing correlation at each stage, we known that there was a negative correlation among nitrogen, soluble pro-tein, starch and cane suqar accumulation and proten content, and a positive correlation with fat content; The pod num-ber,seed mumber and seed weight went higher when the density got smaller, and the yield of 3.6×105-plants-per-hm2 reached to the highest.
