为探明保水剂施用后对耐旱品种矮抗58生长及光合作用等的作用特征,通过大田试验,测定了保水剂不同用量(0,30,60,90 kg/hm2)的土壤水分、株高、叶面积、叶片相对含水量及光合特征等。结果表明:保水剂不但提高了各生育期表层土壤含水量,而且促进了20 cm以下土层土壤水分的提高。在拔节期,随保水剂用量的增加,叶片相对含水量越高。但随生育期的推进,叶片相对含水量有所降低,而均显著高于对照。株高以30 kg/hm2处理效果最佳,而叶面积不同生育期以60 kg/hm2处理增加最为显著。同时,在各生育期,矮抗58的光合速率表现为:30 kg/hm2>90 kg/hm2>60 kg/hm2>CK(P<0.05);蒸腾速率表现为:30 kg/hm2>CK>90 kg/hm2>60 kg/hm2;水分利用效率以90 kg/hm2处理较对照增加最显著。而最终的小麦生物量和产量均以60 kg/hm2处理最高。 |

In order to investigate the characteristics of growth and photosynthetic parameters of winter wheat Aikang
-58, a field trial was carried out to study the effet of water retaining agent (0, 30, 60, 90 kg/hm2) on soil moisture, height,leaf area, leaf water potential and photosynthetic characteristics. The results indicated that moisture increased not only in top soil, but also in 20 cm deep soil after application of water retaining agent. At jointing stage, the leaf relative water content increased with the addition of water retaining ragent. While with the advance of growth stage,leaf relative water content decreased, but significantly higher than the CK. Plant height of wheat with 30 kg/hm2 of water retaining a gent was the highest, while the leaf area of wheat with 60 kg/ hm2 of water retaining agent at different growth stages was higher than other treatments . What s more, in the growth period, the photosynthetic rate of winter wheat showed: 30 kg/hm2>90 kg/ hm2>60 kg/hm2> CK(P<0.05),while transpiration rate showed: CK,30 kg/hm2 >60 kg/hm290 kg/hm2,and the water use eficiency of wheat with 90 kg/hm2 of water retaining agent was increased significantly com-
pared with other treatments. However, the biomass and yield of wheat with 60 kg/hm2 of water retaining agent was the highest. |
