以山东省寿光市蔬菜大棚土壤为供试材料,运用相关和通径分析,分析了土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性与土壤养分的关系。结果表明,土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性与其有机质、全氮、碱解氮、全磷、速效磷、速效钾含量之间呈显著或极显著正相关,可以作为土壤肥力指标。土壤全氮、碱解氮、速效磷对脲酶活性的影响主要表现在直接作用上,是影响脲酶活性的主要因素。土壤有机质、全磷、速效钾对脲酶活性的影响主要是通过全氮、碱解氮的间接影响。土壤全氮对过氧化氢酶活性的影响主要表现在直接效应上,其他土壤养分主要通过间接效应影响过氧化氢酶的活性。 |

In Shouguang of Shandong Province, the relationships between soil urease activity, catalase activity and
the content of soil nutrients were studied by using both correlation analysis and path analysis. The results showed that the correlation between soil urease activity ,catalase activity and the content of organic matter, total N,available N, total P,available P and available K reached sigmificant or extremely significant positive level,the soil urease and catalase activity could be used as a comprehensive index of soil fertility. Total N,available N and available P had direct effect on soil urease activity, and they were the main factors affecting urease activity. Organic matter, total P and available K had effect on urease activity through indirect effects of the total N and available N. The effect of soil total N on soil catalase activity was mainly presented in direct responses,but the other soil nutrients mainly affected soil catalase activity by indi-rect action. |
