      耕地细碎化是影响作物生产及农民收入的关键因素之一。本文基于这一视角,以典型内陆干旱绿洲区甘肃省民乐县为例,采用2008年和2010年两次的实证调查数据,运用生产函数模型就耕地细碎化对作物生产和农民收入的影响进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,耕地细碎化对内陆干旱绿洲区作物产出和农民收入具有明显的双重性。一方面,耕地细碎化一定程度上对作物产出和农民收入具有正的影响效应;另一方面,却对规模经济具有负面影响。在此基础上,笔者就如何消除耕地细碎化的不利影响提出了几点政策建议。
英文摘要:
      Land fragmentation is considered as one of the key factors to affect crops production and famers' income. In this paper, on the basis of land fragmentation，the authors take a case of inland arid oasis regions, apply the surveyed data of 2008 and 2010 in Minle County of Gansu Province，use production function model to make a detailed analysis of the effect of different land use types on crop production and farmers' income. The results show that， land fragmentation has double effects in inland arid oasis regions. On one hand, land fragmentation， to some extent， has a positive effect on crop production and farmers' income ，while on the other hand, it has a negative influence on the scale economy. On the basis of that，several measures are put forward for eliminating the negative influence of the land frag-mentation.
