      为避免玉米果穗一次干燥所造成的种子烘干效率低,破碎率、作业成本高的问题,设计了一种结构简单、便于卸料的适用于玉米果穗分段干燥工艺的机械干燥装置。利用该机械干燥装置分别运用玉米果穗分段干燥及一次干燥工艺进行干燥试验,试验结果表明,采用分段干燥工艺,玉米果穗的干燥时间较一次干燥工艺缩短了21h,平均降水速率提高了42.8%,节省作业成本36.8%,玉米籽粒破碎率降低了2.2%。
英文摘要:
      In order to avoid low efficiency, high crushing rate and expensive operating costs in traditional drying process of maize ear,a kind of mechanical drying equipment was designed. It is simple in structure, easy in unloading and convenient in drying maize at different stages. The equipment was used for drying maize ear in different processes, and the results show that the two stage drying processes can dry maize ear more efficiently. It can save 21 hours as com-pared to traditional drying process and the average drying rate was also improved by 42. 8%, operating costs reduced by 36.8%, the maize crushing rate was decreased by 2.2%.
