研究了核桃叶水浸液对玉米、花生、豌豆和辣椒种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感作用。结果表明,不同浓度核桃叶水浸液对4种作物各项测定指标抑制作用各异,随着处理浓度增大,抑制作用不断增强,其中对4种受体发芽势和根长的抑制效应与对照相比差异显著;随处理浓度降低,抑制作用减弱,在0.025 g/mL处理时甚至表现为促进作用,体现出双重浓度效应。由化感综合效应值可得出,辣椒对核桃叶化感物质最为敏感,其次是豌豆和玉米,花生最不敏感。 |

Allelopathy effects of different concentrations of Juglans regia leaf extracts on the germination and seedling growth of corn (Zea mays), peanut (Arachis hypogae), garden pea (Pisum sativum) and pepper (Capsicum annum) were investigated. The results indicated that different concentrations of J. regia leaf aqueous extracts had various degrees inhib
ition on each test target of the four crops. The inhibition increased with the increasing concentration of extracts. Compared with the CK, they had significant inhibitory effects on the germination energy and root length. As the concentration of the extracts declined, the inhibition decreased, and the 0.025 g/mL leaf aqueous extract of J. regia even changed into stimulating effects, illustrated the double effects of concentration. According to the inhibition synthesis effect, pepper was the most sensitive receptor to the allelochemicals of J. regia leaf, the second were garden pea and corn,and peanut was the least sensitive receptor. |
