      本研究选用新红星、秦冠、红玉等10个代表性苹果品种,对果实的单果重、果面色泽、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸等15个重要品质指标进行了测定,采用主成分分析法将性状指标进行降维压缩,并进行了聚类分析。通过主成分分析,提取出了4个特征值>1的综合指标,4个主成分的累积贡献率达到93.275%,可以概括这些性状的总体信息量;依不同品种的主成分得分,筛选出的4个主成分代表性品种分别为国光、新乔纳金、红嘎拉和粉红女士。经聚类分析,可将果实品质评价指标简化为单果重或果形指数、硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和果面色泽5个主要指标。综合运用主成分分析和聚类分析方法可以简化苹果果实品质评价指标,有助于苹果优良果实性状品种的评价与筛选。
英文摘要:
      A total of 15 quality parameters were determined for ten apple varieties such as Starkrimson, Qinguan, Jonathan in this study . Quality parameters included fruit weight, soluble solid content (SSC), fruit color, and titratable acidity. The data were analysed using principal component and cluster analysis. F our comprehensive evaluation indices were extracted by principal component analysis with eigenvalue of over 1 and a cumulative contribution of 93.275%. The four indices represented the characteristics of the apple varieties. F our varieties were selected according to the principal component scores, these were Ralls,New Jonagold, Red Gala and Pink Lady . The five most important fruit quality pa-rameters were fruit weight or fruit shape index,fruit firmness,SSC, titratable acidity and fruit colour according to cluster analysis. Principal component and cluster analysis readily separated and prioritized apple fruit quality parameters for eval-uation and selection purposes.
