基于减产率对31份吉林省主推玉米杂交种进行耐旱性直接评价。同时,通过31份玉米杂交种的大田苗期、开花期和灌浆期候选形态指标与减产率的相关性分析,筛选出适宜的耐旱鉴定指标。根据确立的形态指标,对68份骨干玉米自交系进行耐旱性间接评价。结果表明:(1)在31份玉米杂交种中,筛选出耐旱性极强杂交种6份、耐旱性强杂交种12份、耐旱性中度杂交种5份、耐旱性弱杂交种7份和耐旱性极弱杂交种1份;(2)株高和茎粗可作为大田条件下苗期、开花期和灌浆期的耐旱鉴定形态指标;(3)在68份玉米自交系中,筛选出耐旱性极强自交系6份、耐旱性强系21份、耐旱性中度系28份、耐旱性弱系7份和耐旱性极弱系6份。研究结果将为吉林地区耐旱玉米种质资源筛选提供依据。 |

The drought tolerance of 31 maize hybrids predominantly planted in Jilin Province was directly analyzed by reduction percentage. At the same time, the appropriate indices for the identification of drought tolerance were screened by the correlation between candidate morphological indices at seedling, florescence and filling stages and reduc-tion percentage of these hybrids. Based on the above indices, drought tolerance among 68 elite inbred lines was indirectly evaluated. The main
results were summarized as follows:(1)Among 31 maize hybrids, we screened 6 hybrids with high drought tolerance, 12 hybrids with drought tolerance, 5 hybrids with medium drought tolerance, 7 hybrids with drought susceptible, and l hybrid with high drought susceptible; (2)The plant height and stem diameter were the appropriate morphological indices for whole growth period in field; (3)Among 68 maize inbred lines, we screened 6 lines with high drought tolerance, 21 lines with drought tolerance, 28 lines with medium drought tolerance, 7 lines with drought suscep-tible, 6 lines with high drought susceptible. The results would provide reference for screening germplasms with drought tolerance in Jilin region. |
