      通过盆栽试验,研究了不同污泥处理(污泥在混配土壤中的干重比例分别为0、5%、10%、1 5%、25%、35%)对3个玉米品种(丰试88、沈单16、丰试9713)部分生理指标的影响。结果 表明:污泥施用后,3个玉米品种生物量均增加明显;3个玉米品种叶绿素总含量随着污泥施 加量的增加呈现先升后降的趋势;3个玉米品种叶片的脯氨酸含量与对照相比均有大幅的上 升,但并未出现阈值;3个玉米品种叶片丙二醛含量都随着污泥施加量的加大呈上升趋势, 丰试88上升幅度最大,而沈单16上升幅度最小。玉米通过增加体内保护酶活性和渗透调节物 质含量来缓解污泥中污染 物带来的膜脂过氧化伤害。污泥施用后土壤中Cu、Pb、Zn含量显著增加,但未超过我国土壤 环境质量二级标准(GB15618-1995)。土壤中3种重金属含量与3个玉米品种体内脯氨酸和丙二 醛含量均呈显著正相关关系,土壤中重金属污染物是植物产生逆境的重要原因之一。污泥在 混配土壤中的干重比低于25%时,玉米对污泥的施加表现出较强的适应能力及耐受能力。
英文摘要:
      The application of sewage sludge on agricultural soils is a promising disposal a nd utilizable method to improve soil properties and increase plant productivity. The experimental results showed that three varieties of maize(Fengshi 88, Shen dan 16, and Fengshi 9713)could grow wel l and the miaze biomass increased significantly after sewage sludge application (the dry weight ratio of sludge to the mixed soil of 5%, 10%, 15%, 25%, 35%). Wi th land application of sewage sludge, the total chlorophyll of three varieties o f maize increased at first, and then decreased. The leaf proline content of thre e varieties of maize showed a big increase after sewage sludge application compa red with the control treatment, but a threshold value did not appear. The leaf M DA content of three varieties of maize all increased. However, ‘Fengshi 88’ ha d the largest increment, while ‘Shendan 16’ increased the least. Maiz e hightened the protective enzyme activity and the content of adjusting osmotic substance to alleviate the oxidative damage to membrane lipid by sludge. The con tents of Pb, Cu, and Zn in the soil increased with the increase of sewage sludge application, but not exceeding the standards of soil environmental quality for Grade II (GB15618-1995). The contents of Pb, Cu, and Zn in the soil had signific antly positive correlation with the contents of proline and MDA in the leaves of three varieties of maize. When sludge application rate was less than 25%, maize showed strong adaptability and tolerance.
