      以先玉335为材料,对玉米拔节期和大喇叭口期分别进 行了15℃低温胁迫及对照试验。结果表明:低温胁迫导致植株株高、生物量及叶面积明 显下降,并且拔节期受低温的影响要大于大喇叭口期;低温导致玉米蒸腾速率的降低及光 合速率下降,光合速率下降10%左右,蒸腾速率下降58%~64%;不同发育期玉米光谱反射率 对低温胁迫的响应基本相同,可见光波段,受低温胁迫的玉米冠层光谱反射率均有所增加, 近红外波段(780~1 350 nm),受低温胁迫的玉米冠层反射率降低;低温导致产量明 显下降,拔节期减产率为34%,大喇叭口期减产率达到38%,大喇叭口期低温对产量的影响更 为显著。
英文摘要:
      Using Xianyu335 as material, the experiment was ca rried out to analyze the influence of chilling stress (15℃) at jointing stage a nd bell mouthed stage on growth parameters and yield of spring maize. The resul ts showed that chilling stress led to the significant reduction of plant height, plant biomass and leaf area, and the influence of chilling stress at jointing s tage was more serious than that at bell-mouthed stage. The photosynthetic rate a nd transpiration rate decreased significantly under chilling stress, by around 1 0% and 58%~64% respectively. The response characteristics of canopy spectral re flectance to chilling stress at different developmental stages were the same on the whole. In visible band, the canopy spectral reflectance under chilling stres s was increased, while in near infrared band (780~1 350 nm), it was decreased obviously. The yield of spring maize under chilling stress at jointing stage was reduced by 34% and that at bell-mouthed stage was reduced by 38%. Therefore, t he influence of chilling stress at bell-mouthed stage was more remarkable than that at jointing stage.
