      基因型与环境的互作在生物界普遍存在,本研究利用GGE模型、AMMI模型、Shukla模型和Ebehart-Russell模型对2009年国家旱地春小麦区试西北9个试点、8个参试品种(系)小麦品种稳定性进行了初步的比较。结果发现,Shukla简便,而GGE模型、AMMI模型分析结果更为全面、直观,两种模型也存在一定的差异,相比较,GGE模型能更有效分析基因型与环境互 作效应、评价基因型稳定性以及环境的代表性和区分能力。
英文摘要:
      Genotype environment interaction (GEI) is a common phenomenon in plant breeding. The genotype main effect plus genotype-environment interaction (GGE) model, additive main effect and multiplicative interaction (AMMI) model, Shukla model and Ebehart-Russell regression model were adopted to compare the stability of 8 cultivars (lines) of dryland spring wheat used in 9 regional trial sites in 2009. The results showed that although the Shukla model was easy, the analysis of GGE model and AMMI model was comprehensive and intuitive, and there was still a bit difference between these two models. The GGE model has been proved to be an effective tool in understanding the effect of genotype-environment interaction, and evaluating the stability of genotypes, the representative of test environments and the ability of discrimination.
