      通过盆栽试验研究了城市污泥农用对油麦菜生理特性和品质的影响。结果表明:(1)不同污泥用量对油麦菜吸收Zn、Cu、Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Ni的影响不显著。(2)第一期试验中,随污泥施用量的增加,所研究的油麦菜各指标呈现出先升高后降低的趋势:当污泥施用量在6 g·kg-1时,发芽率达到最大,为93%;油麦菜根系总吸收面积和活跃吸收面积在污泥施用量9 g·kg-1时达最大,分别为1.93 cm2·株-1和0.88 cm2·株-2;叶绿素a+b、可溶性糖含量最大值出现在污泥施用量为6 g·kg-1的处理中,分别为1.39 mg·g-1,7.90 mg·g-1;可溶性蛋白含量最大值出现在污泥施用量为9 g·kg-1的处理中,为25.38 mg·g-1。(3)第二期残效试验中不同污泥处理的各项指标变化规律与第一期试验相似,但总体上不同处理各指标的测定值大干第一期试验,出现最大值的污泥处理量滞后。(4)通过对不同指标的综合分析,可以得出污泥有利于油麦菜生长和提高品质的最佳施用范围为6~9 g·kg-1
英文摘要:
      Effects of applying municipal sludge on physiological characteristies and qualities of leaf lettuce were investigated by using pot experiments. The results showed:(1)applying municipal sludge to soil did not make significant difference for leaf lettuee to uptake Zn, Cu, Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Ni with different sludge dosage. (2)In the first phase of experiment, determining values of various indieators of leaf lettuce growth was inereased first and then decreased with increasing amount of sludge usage. When sludge dosage was 6 g·kg-1, germination rate of leaf lettuce reached its maxi-mum, 93%. The total roots absorbing area and active absorbing area of leaf lettuce reached maximum, 1.93 cm2·plant-1 and 0.88 cm2·plant-1, respectively, when sludge dosage was 9 g·kg-1. When sludge dosage was 6 g·kg-1, the maximum of chlorophyll a and b and soluble sugar content was 1.39 mg·g-1 and 7.90 mg·g-1, respectively;The maximum of soluble protein content was 25.38 mg·g-1 when sludge dosage was 9 g·kg-1. (3)In the second phase of experiment, alternation patterns of all indicators by using different portions of sludge were similar to the patterns observed in the first phase of experiment, but actual measured values of all these indicators were bigger than that of the first phase experiment, and sludge dosage from which the leaf lettuce showed the maximum growth indicators lagged behind. (4)After had comprehensively analyzed all the indicators, we concluded that optimal sludge dosage ranges from 6 to 9 g·kg-1 and using sludge was beneficial to the growth and the quality of leaf lettuce.
