      为了探讨半干旱条件对水稻外观品质的影响,本研究以224份F6世代的Z601/C14重组自交系(Recombinant inbred lines简称RILs群体)为试材,在节水灌溉的条件下,对稻米外观品质性状进行了相关性分析,并对控制稻米外观品质的数量性状位点QTL进行了分析。结果表明:垩白粒率与整精米面积(r=0.236)、垩白度(r=0.659)呈极显著正相关,透明度与整精米的长/宽(r=-0.481)、整精米粒长(r=-0.166)呈极显著负相关,与整精米粒宽(r=0.283)呈极显著正相关,带胚率与垩白度(r=-0.269)呈极显著负相关。共检测34个控制外观品质性状的QTL,控制整精米粒长的3个、整精米粒宽8个、整精米面积3个、整精米长/宽6个、垩白粒率3个、垩白度1个、透明度5个、带胚率5个,分布于第3、5、6、7、8、11和12号染色体上。

      In order to investigate the effects of the semi-arid conditions on rice quality, an F6-generation rice recombinant inbred population (referred to as RILs population) containing of 224 lines derived from crosses between Z601 and C14 was selected as experimental materials. Under the conditions of water-saving irrigation, the correlation between appearance quality traits and associated quantitative trait loci (QTL) was analyzed. The result showed that the percentage of grains with chalkiness was significantly positively correlated with area of milled rice (r=0.236) and endosperm transparency(r=0.659). Endosperm transparency was extremely significantly negatively correlated with ratio of milled rice length-width(r=-0.481), and length of milled rice(r=-0.166) was significantly positively correlated with width of milled rice(r=0.283). Degree of milled rice embryos was extremely significantly negatively correlated with degree of endosperm chalkiness (r=-0.269). A total of 34 QTLs controlling milling quality traits in rice were detected, including three QTL controlling length of milled rice, eight QTL controlling width of milled rice, three QTL controlling area of milled rice, six QTL controlling ratio of milled rice length-width, three QTL controlling percentage of grain with chalkiness, one QTL controlling degree of endosperm chalkiness, five QTL controlling endosperm transparency, and five QTL controlling degree of milled rice embryos, which were located on chromosome 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11 and 12, respectively.
