      干旱胁迫是作物生长中最重要的环境限制因子之一。本研究以马铃薯品种大西洋和底西瑞为试验材料,采用硝普钠喷施现蕾期植株,然后控水、复水循环处理,观测分析硝普钠对不同缺水下盆栽马铃薯叶片含水量、块茎产量及品质的影响。结果表明:喷施硝普钠提高了不同缺水下大西洋叶片含水量及块茎中蔗糖和淀粉含量,在严重缺水下,喷施比不喷施可提高块茎产量19.89%;提高了不同缺水下底西瑞叶片含水量和块茎中蔗糖含量,在严重缺水状态下可提高底西瑞块茎产量20.56%。相关分析发现:大西洋叶片含水量与产量相关性为0.9266,块茎中蔗糖和淀粉含量与产量相关系数分别为-0.8450和-0.8623;底西瑞叶片含水量与块茎中蔗糖含量相关性为0.8908。因此,硝普钠喷施对缺水状态下马铃薯的生产具有重要的应用价值。
英文摘要:
      Drought stress is one of the most important limiting factors in environment during crop growth. The aim of our study was to illuminate effects of sodium nitroprusside (SNP) on drought-resistance of potted potatoes cv. Atlantic and Desire under different water deficits. After SNP spray at buds followed by circulation of dehydration and rehydration, water contents of leaves, yield and tuber quality were studied. The results showed that SNP treatment increased water content of leaves, as well as sucrose and starch contents of tubers in Atlantic under different water deficits. The same results were observed in water content of leaves and sucrose content of tubers in Desirèe. Meanwhile, the yield of Atlantic and Desire were raised by 19.89% and 20.56% by SNP treatment under severe water deficit. Further analysis found that correlation coefficient between water content of leaves and yield in Atlantic was 0.9266. Yield of Atlantic had negative correlations with sucrose content (-0.8450) and starch content (-0.8623) of tubers, respectively. Correlation coefficient between water content of leaves and yield was 0.8908 in Desirèe. All together, these results suggested that SNP treatment might have important benefits in potato production under water deficits.
