利用气相色谱-质谱法对西安市城郊典型蔬菜基地32个地下水和6个地表水样品中的多环芳烃(PAHs)进行测定,并对其分布特征、来源及健康风险进行了研究。结果表明,西安城郊地下水中多环芳烃浓度变化范围247.05~1 867.18 ng·L-1之间,西安市内地表水PAHs总量变化范围357.24~2 016.57 ng·L-1,与国内外其它地区相比,地下水和地表水均处于中低污染;其中苯并[a]芘(BaP)含量虽然低于世界卫生组织的限量标准,但超过了国家城市供水水质标准,具有健康风险。基于多环芳烃分子指标分析表明,西安市水体中多环芳烃来源以燃烧源为主,木柴、煤和石油等的燃烧是该地区主要的污染源。 |

Thirty-two groundwater samples and six surface water samples were collected from the typical vegetable bases in the outskirts of Xi'an. Concentrations of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the samples were analyzed using gas chromatograph with mass selective detection (GC/MS). The results showed that the total polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons concentrations in the groundwater varied from 247.05 ng·L-1 to 1 867.18 ng·L-1, and the concentrations were 357.24~2 016.57 ng·L-1 in the surface water. Compared with other regions, the pollution levels were at mid-low pollution levels in the groundwater and surface water. Based on molecular marker analysis, the sources of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water of Xi'an were mainly combustion sources, particularly wood, coal and oil fuel combustions etc. The result on BaP concentration in Xi'an water samples suggested an adverse health risk. In conclusion, this study could provide references for strengthening the prevention and control of the pollution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in Xi'an. |
