      为掌握硒营养剂的施用对当归产量和关键品质指标的影响,分别在低肥和高肥条件下进行了3种不同施用方式即全部基施(AF),1/2基施、1/2喷施和2/3基施(HF)、1/3喷施(MF)的田间试验,并测定了当归的产量和主要品质指标。结果表明:硒营养剂的施用水平对当归产量和品质的影响均达显著水平,且高肥处理的各指标值均比低肥处理高。与AF处理相比,在低肥和高肥时,MF处理当归的产量(干重)分别提高了9.6%和20%,最大值为高肥时MF处理的2 208.33 kg·hm-2。当归的挥发油、阿魏酸和浸出物含量最大值均表现为高肥时的AF处理,分别为1.0%、0.184%和58.6%,分别较HF处理提高20.5%、35.3%和5.6%。综合来看,硒营养剂在较高水平的施肥(75 kg·hm-2)条件下,MF处理有利于当归产量的提高,AF处理有利于当归品质的提升。
英文摘要:
      In order to investigate the effects of Se-neurotrophic agents on yield and main quality ndexes of Angelica sinensis, a field experiment was designed by employing two fertilization levels (low and high fertilizations) and three irrigation methods (AF: all applied as basal fertilizer; HF: half applied as basal fertilizer and half applied as spraying fertilizer; MF: 2/3 applied as basal fertilizer and 1/3 applied as spraying fertilizer). The resulting yield and main quality indexes of Angelica sinensis were measured. The fertilizer application level of Se-neurotrophic agents significantly influenced the yield and main quality indexes of Angelica sinensis, and the effects by high fertilization were more significant than those by low fertilization. Compared to the AF treatment, under low and high fertilizations, MF treatment increased the yield of Angelica sinensis by 9.6% and 20%, respectively. The highest yield by MF treatment was 2 208.33 kg·hm-2 with high fertilization. Under high fertilization, the maximal volatile oil, ferulaic acid and extractives contents by AF treatment was 1.0%, 0.184% and 58.6%, which were 20.5%, 35.3% and 5.6% higher than those by the HF treatment. In conclusion, under high fertilization level (75 kg·hm-2), the MF treatment can help increase the yield of Angelica sinensis, and the AF treatment may help increase the quality of Angelica sinensis.
